The mission of Coupert is to help you shopping online for your favorite products with the least time and the least money.

Coupert is a browser extension which automatically finds, tests, and applies the best available coupon codes at checkout in 5,800+ stores. And most importantly, it's completely free!

How to use Coupert

When you shop online with Coupert, you can see our Coupert icon on the top right of the browser with the number of coupons it finds. Click on the Coupert button, you can browse and copy all available coupon codes.

When you choose your favorite products and arrive at checkout, Coupert will appear automatically. A small window will appear on the top right corner with available coupons. Coupert will automatically test and apply those codes after you click the “Apply Savings” button. Finally, you will get the best price on your order.

If there is no valid coupon available, Coupert will offer you cash back at most stores.

Definitions

Coupert downloadable browser extension, any other digital content owned and provided by Coupert, that accompanies this Agreement. We provide to you any bug fixes, upgrades, modified versions, or updates to Coupert (collectively referred to as “Updates”).

You represent and warrant either that you are the owner of the computer and that you have authorized the download and installation of Coupert or that the owner of the computer has authorized you to do so. You agree, with respect to all users of the computer on which you have caused Coupert to reside, to provide a copy of these terms and conditions and to obtain their consent to these terms and conditions before allowing them to use Coupert. Alternatively, if you have the legal right to accept this Agreement on behalf of one or more users of the computer on which you have caused or authorized Coupert to reside, then you hereby accept this Agreement on behalf of all such other users. You understand that the presence of Coupert on any computer is voluntary and that you may remove it at any time. You must be at least 13 years of age to use Coupert. By accepting the terms of this Agreement and using Coupert, you represent that you are over the age of 13. As long as you comply with, and subject to, the terms of this Agreement, Coupert grants to you a non-exclusive, revocable license to use Coupert, in binary executable form only, solely for the purposes described in this Agreement.

Restrictions

You may not rent, lease, loan, resell or otherwise transfer Coupert. You may not permit third parties to benefit from the use or functionality of Coupert. You may not transfer any of the rights granted to you under this Agreement. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble Coupert, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or structure, sequence and organization of any portion of Coupert that is not distributed in source code form (except to the extent applicable law prohibits such restrictions). You may not modify, or create derivative works based in whole or in part upon Coupert. You may not copy Coupert. You may not remove any proprietary notices or labels on Coupert. All rights not expressly set forth hereunder are reserved by Coupert.

Uninstallation

You may remove the extension from your computer at any time. To uninstall the browser extension, follow the instructions below:

Google Chrome:

  • Right click on the Coupert icon on the Chrome browser
  • Click “Remove from Chrome” from the drop down menu

Firefox:

  • From your Firefox menu, Click Tools
  • Click Add-ons
  • Click Extension
  • Locate Coupert and select Remove

Safari:

  • From your Safari menu, select Safari
  • Click Preferences
  • Click Extensions
  • Select Uninstall

Use of Product

You represent, warrant and agree as a condition to your use of Coupert, that you will not use Coupert:

  • to violate any applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation
  • to infringe the intellectual property rights or proprietary rights, or rights of publicity or privacy, of any third party
  • to disseminate information or materials in any form or format that are harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, or otherwise objectionable under applicable laws or community standards.

You, not Coupert, remain solely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise disseminate using, or in connection with, Coupert. You acknowledge that all Content that you access using Coupert is at your own risk and you will be solely responsible for any damage to any party resulting there from. This Coupert is provided “as is” and without warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts so the foregoing limitations may not apply to you.

Use of Information

By installing Coupert you grant permission for Coupert. to collect and use certain information. You acknowledge that you have reviewed Coupert's Privacy Policy, which describes Coupert's practices with respect to the collection, use and disclosure of information in connection with your use of the Coupert. A copy of the Privacy Policy is available on our website. Coupert reserves the right to change the provisions of its Privacy Policy from time to time. Users will be notified of any changes to the End User License Agreement and/or the Privacy Policy via a Primary Notice notification. In addition, Coupert will alert users via email or a notification prominently displayed on their account dashboard when there is a change to the End User License Agreement and/or Privacy Policy. Additionally, Coupert will post any changes to the End User License Agreement and/or Privacy Policy at the web address listed above. Your use of Coupert following the posting of such changes to the End User License Agreement and/or Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of any such changes.

Breach of Agreement

Upon breach of this Agreement, the above license and your right to use Coupert will terminate immediately and without notice, but all other provisions and terms of this Agreement, except the license grant, will survive termination and continue in effect. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of Coupert. Coupert reserves the right to periodically conduct audits upon advance written notice to verify compliance with the terms of this Agreement.

Intellectual Property Rights

Coupert and its licensors shall retain all intellectual property rights within Coupert, except for the rights expressly granted in this Agreement. You may not alter or remove any logo, or trademark, copyright or other proprietary notice on Coupert. This license does not grant you any right to use marks of Coupert or its licensors.

Updates

Cuopert provide any updates, revisions, patches or other modifications from time to time. Coupert will automatically check for the existence of any Update that has released, and in the event that one is available, Coupert adheres to the native plugin update features available from each browser plugin.

And Coupert reserves the right to update and change, from time to time, this EULA and all documents incorporated by reference herein. Coupert may change this EULA by posting a new version without notice to you. Use of the Software after such change constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

Third-Party Privacy

Any third-party privacy is not in restraint of our privacy police, information protection or other activities. Any information you provide on third-party websites or services is provided directly to the operators of such services, even if accessed through our services. We are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of third-party website or services to which links or access are provided through our service.

For example, we may provide features or links to social media websites (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram). If you access a third-party website using a link, then you do so at your own risk. A link to a third-party website exists through service does not mean that the third-party site operates under the same or similar privacy practices as set forth in our Privacy Police. We strongly encourage you to learn about the privacy police provided by other parties before providing them with your personal information or taking advantage of any offer or promotion.

Consents and Warranties

By using our Website you agree and have consented to us using the information you have given us and our trusted partners, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

You acknowledge, represent and warrant:

  • your installation and/or Use of Coupert will not violate any local, state or federal laws that apply to you or to the Use or installation of Coupert
  • your installation is of your own volition

Please note that we do provide links to other sites, which may or may not be governed by this Privacy Policy and you should view the specific privacy policies of those sites.

We may periodically amend this Privacy Statement. Any such amendments become effective immediately upon posting to the Site. By continuing to use the Site, you will be deemed to have accepted any such amendments.

Liability

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, neither Coupert nor its licensors will be liable, under any legal or equitable theory (whether in an action based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise), for:

  • any indirect, special, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with Coupert or other subject matter of this agreement (including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data and computer malfunction), even if advised of the possibility of such damages
  • any amount in the aggregate in excess of the greater of the fees paid by you under this license, and US $100. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation and exclusion may not apply to you
